In order that we may deal successfully together we would appreciate very much if you could read and comply with our terms and conditions as laid out below and on the next page. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the expression "the company" refers to: Stamford Leisure Limited. 1.) Orders may be placed 24hrs per day but for next day delivery, on stock items, we must have your order before 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday unless a Saturday delivery is requested. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will not be despatched until Monday. N.B. Saturday delivery will be charged at £25.00 on any order. This excludes Tubes/ Lamps and Sun Beds. Please confirm pricing for Saturday delivery on these items with us. 2.) Cheque: made payable to Stamford Leisure Ltd. Please always include on the back of the cheque your name, address and order number.
Proforma Invoice: issued upon request 4.) All goods remain the property of the company until paid in full and therefore may be reclaimed if payment terms are not met. 5.) All orders over £100.00 will be delivered Free of Charge. Orders under £100, delivery £6.50. 6.) Saturday delivery charged at £25.00 on any order except sunbeds. Saturday delivery will be only be made by request. 8.) Upon receipt of delivery, any shortages or damages must be reported to the Company within 2 working days, in order for rectification's/ claims to be made. 9.) Should an item be out of stock at the time of ordering it will be automatically placed on back order, unless otherwise stated. 10.) Back orders will be despatched once the item is in stock. 11.) Back orders will not incur a delivery fee 12.) Prior to returning goods to the Company please telephone the office for a Returns Number. 13.) All unwanted goods would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 14.) It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are suitably packaged and safely returned to the Company, preferably by recorded delivery in order that proof of delivery can be obtained if goods go missing or are damaged in transit. 15.) The Company will not credit postage on returns or unwanted goods. 16.) All prices are correct at the time of going to press. However, manufacturers and suppliers prices may change and the Company therefore reserves the right to alter prices without notice. |
